VehicleVerify is operated by Crystabyte Ltd (Company No. 13430853), registered in England and Wales with its registered office in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
VehicleVerify provides UK vehicle history reports using data from official and trusted third-party sources including DVLA, DVSA, and Experian. By using our service you agree to these Terms.
You must be 16 or older and comply with all applicable laws when using VehicleVerify.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use data obtained from VehicleVerify for any unlawful purpose.
We aggregate data from official sources (DVLA, DVSA) and trusted third-party providers (Experian) and present it alongside AI-generated summaries. While we take every reasonable step to ensure accuracy, VehicleVerify reports are provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy of data from third-party sources.
Important limitations to be aware of:
Always inspect the vehicle in person and consider obtaining an independent professional inspection before making a purchase decision.
Premium reports include data provided by Experian. Experian data is subject to Experian's own terms and conditions. VehicleVerify acts as a licensed reseller of this data and is not responsible for errors or omissions in data supplied by third-party providers.
Where a Premium report includes a data guarantee, the terms of that guarantee are governed by Experian's data guarantee terms and conditions. By purchasing a Premium report you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Premium Reports are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The current price is displayed in the app before purchase.
Refunds are managed by the respective app store under their refund policies. See our IAP & Refunds page for details and links to request a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VehicleVerify (Crystabyte Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on report data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All content, branding, and software associated with VehicleVerify are owned by Crystabyte Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of VehicleVerify after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
